Refund and Returns Policy

Returns:

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns within 10 days of receiving your items.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Non-returnable items include:

    • Perishable goods (e.g. food or cosmetics)
    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software products
    • Personalized/customized items
    • Books

Books are considered “goods that cannot be returned” once the packaging has been opened (unless defective or not as described). This is based on the nature of the product and the fact that it is a “media product” (similar to CDs, DVDs, or software) which makes it exempt from the 7-day cooling-off period. The consumer should notify the seller within 10 business days if the book is defective or damaged. The seller is required to offer a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) for faulty or incorrect goods.

Faulty or Damaged Books
If a children’s book is defective, damaged, or not as described (e.g., wrong book delivered), the consumer has the right to return it for a refund, replacement, or repair.

The consumer should notify the seller within 10 business days; if the book is defective or damaged.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@felix.africa within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.
  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the item is defective or damaged.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged item).

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
